Welcome to IEEE Singapore Section

This is the official web site for IEEE Singapore Section. Please use the links on the left margin to navigate to the relevant pages. The 31-year old Singapore Section has about 2300 members. Its sub-entities includes 24 Chapters, 2 Affinity Groups and 4 Student Branches. Non-members who wish to join the IEEE can visit the main IEEE site at www.ieee.org

The Main Objectives and functions of IEEE Singapore Section are:

1. To provide assistance to members on IEEE related matters
2. To establish benefits for IEEE members
3. To assist IEEE volunteers in organizing IEEE activities which may be of administrative, technical, educational, professional or social in nature.

Every year, the Singapore Section and its sub-entities organize more than 200 IEEE activities including about 10 conferences. These activities are of much interest and benefits to both members and non-members. Please browse through this site for more information.

Scientific and educational, directed towards the advancement of the theory and practice of electrical engineering, electronics, radio and allied branches of
	engineering and the related arts and sciences; means to these ends include, but are not limited to, the holding of meetings for the reading and discussion
of professional papers, and the publication and circulation of works of literature, science and art pertaining thereto
